ActivMan is available in different versions and can be expanded with different options.
One year license ActivMan

One year license ActivMan/lite
ActivMan/lite is a limited version of ActivMan without revaluation, interest calculation and currency codes.
The following add-ons are are available for ActivMan/lite:
Option link assets
Link separate assets to one parent asset, without changing the depreciation method or other alterations of these separate assets. It is, however, possible to disinvest the linked assets simultaneously.
Option split assets
Split assets retrospectively into one or more subassets, for example in case of partial disinvestment or deassignment.
Option cost distribution
Divide depreciations among several companies, asset groups, cost centers, cost units and/or locations.
Option spread depreciation over workdays
With this option it is possible to spread depreciations, interest costs and periodical costs over workdays only. The workdays can be marked on calendars. Holidays can be inserted automatically. It's possible to use more than one calendar. Calendars can be defined per value type, asset type or cost centre.
This option is, by example, necessary when costs should be recharged for workdays only.
Option reinvestment reserve
Apply reinvestment reserves.
Option asset locations
Specify the exact location of assets: branch, building, floor, section or room. The history remains intact, enabling you to track the asset even after it is relocated.
Option multiple values
ActivMan lite lets you specify one standard value. With this add-on you are able to specify multiple values: fiscal, commercial, economic, insured, replacement value, etc..
Option investments plans
Record and monitor investment plans: budget, approval, forecast, actual situation, total investment amount per cost centre, etc.
Option dossier documents
Link all kinds of files and documents to your assets, such as photographs, (scanned) invoices, e-mails and manuals, and make them easily accessible on screen.
Option copy administrations
Allows you to copy an administration from your network onto your notebook. Instantly, access to this administration is denied on your network. No more synchronization issues, no more risk of simultaneous input by multiple users.
Option inventory
This option is meant to simplify the (partial) inventory assessment using a bar code scanner and if necessary, barcode printer.
Sometimes assets are moved from one to the other location. With this ActivMan inventory add-on you will obtain a direct overview of assets which have been moved or are lacking (and therefore must be adjusted).
Option maintenance planning
The Option maintenance planning is a convenient tool for companies that like to integrate maintenance planning and cycles with their assets. It allows you to assign multiple maintenance cycles (eg. routine and periodic maintenance), assign fitters/machinists by object location, print maintenance forms, standard overviews and reports.
Option import wait mutations
Allows you to import changes in investments/invoice records from your financial software and assign them to registered assets.
Option import administrations
Enables you to transfer complete asset administrations into ActivMan. Along with the master data, it allows you to import separate entries (such as investments, extra depreciation, realignments etc.), cost centres, cost units and depreciations. Depreciations can be adjusted to a certain book value to ensure an exact connection. Not only specific assett data can be transferred, but also complete investment plans. During the import process basic tables, such as cost centres, are automatically completed with the items that are not yet present in ActivMan.
Option ODBC export
In order to export entries from ActivMan to your ODBC-compliant financial software, an ODBC (Open Database Connectivity) link is available. With this ODBC link you are able to transfer data directly from ActivMan to your financial application, without bothering about export files and/or other conversion issues. This provides a seamless pipeline between your financial software and ActivMan.
Option annual report
Automatically generates your annual report. Works only in combination with the Option report generator.
Option security
Once logged into the application, every user has full user rights. The Security Option however, allows you to define specific user rights for every single user. They can be denied access to several procedures and even specific input fields on every level.
Option logbook
By default, the application shows who added a new record at what date and time, and who last modified a record. This option allows you to capture more data, such as which user started the program when, what the user added and what data was modified. It even captures the old data. This option is useful if you want to be able to check the complete history of a record.
Option report generator
The Report generator is one of the most powerful tools of the Mchil applications, that contain several standard lists for multiple purposes. However, sometimes you require data, that are not available combined with these stardard lists. The Report generator enables you to list any data, allowing every lay-out, such as columns titles, width etc.
Option import
With this option it's possible to import pre-defined import formats into any ActivMan file.
Option free import
This option is an addition to the import option, with the added benefit that new and existing import formats can be defined and/or modified by the user.
Option language Dutch
This language pack is installed by default in each ActivMan installation.
Option language English
English language pack. Each user can choose from the Dutch or the English language.
